This company was EXCELLENT! They responded to my email from get go, when I made booking. They followed up with me 3 days before pick up to reconfirm and even adjusted time at no fee. They were promptly at hotel picking me up. Samson was the driver, James followed up! I will do my best to stick with this company while in Cape Town! Thank you so much! Wish you the BEST! and hopefully I book again very soon!
